I was strongly involved in bioinformatics teaching and coordination as Vice Training coordinator for national bioinformatics training at NBIS / ELIXIR-Sweden, where I coordinated about 20 different teaching events per year.
I was also course leader for Omics Integration and Systems Biology, a course offered nationally and internationally for PhD+ level researchers by NBIS/ELIXIR-Sweden.
